All items are handmade by me. Please allow 2-5 days for your item to ship out.
USPS ground shipping within the United States is included.
Returns:
Please email us if you have any issues with your product. We want you to love and wear your items!
In order to get a full refund, you must notify me within 7 days of receipt of your item. After 7 days store credit will be applied to any return. Absent other instructions, the customer is responsible for shipping costs of any returns. Sales of all personalized items are FINAL.
Repairs:
If one of our products breaks within the first 30 days we will gladly repair free of charge. After the 30 days there will be a fee associated with the repair.
If you have an issue with the size of your jewelry please contact us. Sizing can sometimes be tricky, so we are happy to resize. Customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
To measure your wrist, please measure it snugly and then add half an inch (0.5 inches) to that number. For example, my wrist is just over 6.25 inches (about average) and I wear a size 7.
We can adjust bracelet size if they don’t fit, but it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping costs due to size adjustment.

14K Gold Filled beads have a thick layer of gold that wraps around the base metal. This thick layer makes the jewelry more durable and is perfect for everyday wear. It's both water and tarnish resistant.
Sterling Silver tarnishes naturally with the oils and acids in your skin, wearing them in chlorinated water or exposing them to other chemicals will expedite the process. To clean sterling silver pieces, use a mild soap or water mixture and rub gently with a toothbrush. You can also use a soft polishing cloth.
